It was a late start for me today, I seriously overslept. At 5.15am this morning I heard a door being knocked on and heard the words that we all dread, your motorbike has been stolen.
The Route 3067, 3383, 3479, 4058, 3395, 3405, 3193, 317, 3299, 3157, 318
Total Distance 305 km
I took the 3067 heading south west out of town, I reach the junction with the 3383 and take the right, later its a left onto the 3479

The return was pretty much on the same roads as coming here with a couple of diversions, I took the 318 eastwards for about 4 km then left onto the 3157 until I came to the right turn onto the 3299
Two pictures of the return trip on the excellent 3299 which takes me to the 317, its a right here and 17 km later its a stop for petrol and a drink at a new 7-11 at the PTT filling station at Pong Nam Ron.

Todays ride was to finish exploring the numbered roads on my map up in the hills out of Trat
I took highway 3 for about 25 km then a right onto the 3158 and stayed on here for the entire length of it until it joined the 3157. It was a left onto the 3157 until just after Bo Rai then a right onto the 3159

I headed out of Trat on the 318 heading east for about 12 km then took the left, the 3271
A pleasant road in good condition and some hills in the distance
I take a right onto an unnumbered road which goes for a few kms

I headed out of town towards Khlong Hat for about four km then turned left onto the 3157 to go back up in the hills
The 3157 is a well surfaced narrowish road
I take a right onto the 4017 which is a well surfaced road that goes to a village where they have a fish farm on a smallish reservoir

It was out of Aranyaprathet on the 3067
Then the 3383
When I came to the left turn for the 3479 a motorbike had just turned onto it, this is unusual as this road is always closed off and the soldiers say no entry. I take my chance to explore it for the first time ever
