Mukata, 149 Baht all in
Plenty of tracks from here to the Omkoi turning will keep me occupied for a week I guess
A sack of peanuts
Drilling for water they tell me
Finally the sun comes out, the temperature quickly rises and some layers need taking off as I am sweating
This small reservoir was virtually to the brim on 8th November when I rode past, today its well down
A bit of single track links up two double tracks
Whether the onion field is wet from rain or irrigation I know not
One water crossing and its clear water
I knew it had rained heavily in Mae Sam Laep so headed east where the tracks are quicker drying but not so much rain had fallen out here anyway
A dull cold morning but at least its dry.
A guy I was chatting to in town asked me why I was so dressed up, he was planning on riding back to Chiang Mai in a t shirt.
If he got more than a few km east of town without freezing his nuts off I will be very surprised as once up high it was very cold
